Bacon Beans

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Cut the bacon into small bits and fry in a pan with oil.

  2. Coat the base of a separate pan with vegetable oil and add the sliced onion and fry until it is clear.

  3. Add the pinto beans, epazote and black pepper to the onions. Cook until the beans are soft.

  4. Add the bacon and enjoy!

Serves 8 as a side
