Beef Barbacoa Burritos
Ingredients:
100g of Beef Barbacoa
150g of Mexican Rice
75g of Black Beans
1tbsp of Pico De Gallo Salsa
1tbsp of Sour Cream
1tbsp of Santa Fe-Style Guacamole
5g of Fire Roasted Jalapeño
5g of Grated Monterrey Jack Cheese
Method:
Heat the Beef Barbacoa in a microwave until it is piping hot.
Warm the tortillas in the microwave for 10 seconds.
Spoon a generous helping of the Barbacoa Beef into the centre of the tortilla.
Add two spoons of pre-cooked rice, a spoonful of black beans and a large spoon of sour cream, pico de gallo salsa and guacamole of top of the barbecoa.
Sprinkle with jalapeños and grated Monterrey jack cheese.
Fold up two opposite sides of the tortilla, ensuring the mixture is sitting in the middle of the wrap. Tightly fold the bottom of the tortilla and roll up the wrap to form a burrito!
