Beef Birria

 

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Shallow fry Onions, Garlic, Parsley and Coriander in Vegetable Oil on a low heat

  2. Once the Onions are clear add the Beef Barbacoa, Cumin, Ancho powder, Guajillo powder, Oregano, Pepper and Cinnamon then fry for a further 2 minutes

  3. Add stock boiling Water, Tinned Tomatoes, Pinto Beans and Black Beans then boil until the beans are soft

  4. Serve with Rice or Tortillas
