Cauliflower Tajín Bites
Ingredients:
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
3 Tbsp Chipotle Paste
1 tsp Garlic Powder
700g Cauliflower Florets
150g Sour Cream
1 1/2 tsp Tajin
Salt - to taste
Method:
Heat the oven to 220 degrees. Pour the Olive Oil, 2 Tbsp of Chipotle Paste and the Garlic Granules into a large mixing bowl. Season with salt and mix well.
Add the Cauliflower Florets and toss together.
Tip into a roasting dish then roast for 35-40 minutes.
Mix together the remaining Chipotle Paste and Sour Cream.
Scatter the Tajin over the bites and serve with the Sour Cream.
