Chimichurri

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender, then blend until a sauce forms but leaving some lumps

  2. Best served with meat or topped on a salad.

Ingredients:

  • 40g Parsley

  • 3 Cloves of Garlic (minced)

  • 2 tsp Oregano (fresh, chopped)

  • 100ml Olive Oil

  • 60ml White Wine Vinegar

  • 1 Lemon

  • 2 pinches Salt

  • 2 pinches Pepper

  • 2 pinches Chili Flakes

Serves 8
