Chimichurri
Method:
Add all ingredients into a blender, then blend until a sauce forms but leaving some lumps
Best served with meat or topped on a salad.
Ingredients:
40g Parsley
3 Cloves of Garlic (minced)
2 tsp Oregano (fresh, chopped)
100ml Olive Oil
60ml White Wine Vinegar
1 Lemon
2 pinches Salt
2 pinches Pepper
2 pinches Chili Flakes
