Chunky Guacamole
Ingredients:
250g Diced Avocado
1 Large Tomato
1/2 a Red Onion
5g of Coriander
1/2 a Lime
1 tsp of Salt
1 Bag of Lightly Salted Tortilla Chips
Method:
Mash the avocado in a bowl roughly, leaving some lumps.
Deseed the tomatoes and finely chop.
Dice jalapeño chili, coriander and onion. Add them to the mix.
Squeeze half a lime and add salt to taste.
Serve with Salty Corn Chips and enjoy!
