Method:

1. Measure out all the ingredients

2. Place all ingredients together into a bowl & mix

3. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy

4. Serve in a bowl and set it out with Cassava Cheese Bread or Tortilla Chips

5. Garnish with Chili Peppers to add more spice if you wish.

Ingredients:

• 1/4 tsp Powdered Mora Chilies

• 1/4 tsp Paprika

• 45g Sour Cream

• 1/8 tsp Onion Powder

• 1 clove Garlic

• 230g Cheddar Cheese

• 60g Cream Cheese

• 45g Mayonnaise

• 1/8 tsp Cayenne

Serves 4 as a dip
