PRODUCT USAGE

Storage Instructions: Frozen Max -15ºC Min -18ºC Once defrosted / opened, keep the product in chilled conditions. Use within 3 days.

Directions for use: Cook from defrost: Remove required portion and place into a suitable container and cook in a microwave on full power for 2.5 minutes. Ensure product has reached a core temperature of 75°C.

Cook from frozen: Place pouch into a pan of boiling water and simmer for 25-30 minutes. Ensure pouch is fully submerged in water. Ensure product reaches a core temperature of 75ºC.
