Method:

1. Make the Mash Potato and mix with Ají Amarillo Paste

2. Place a mould on a plate

3. Place a layer of Mash Potato inside the mould

4. Top the Mash Potato with a layer of Chicken followed by Diced Avocado

5. Place more Mash Potato on top and smooth the top so it is flat

6. Remove the mould and top with a slice of Egg and some Olives

7. Garnish with Red Onion and Basil

• 500g Mash Potato

• 500g Diced Chicken

• 500g Diced Avocado

• Ají Amarillo Paste

• Egg

• Olive

• Red Onion

• Basil
