Method:

1. Blend together the Tomatillos, Onion and Serrano Chili

2. Finely chop Coriander and mix it in

3. Add Salt and Pepper to taste

Ingredients:

• 500g Fire Roasted Tomatillos

• 2 Red Onions

• 25g Coriander

• 1 Serrano Chili

• Salt and Pepper

Serves 8
