Storage Instructions: Keep frozen at -18°C (0°F)

Handling Instructions: Once defrosted use within 24 hours.

Directions for use: Remove the arepa from the package, then place in the microwave for 2-3 min to thaw the product. Preheat the Toaster Oven and/or grill to 200 °C/ 395° F. Preferably roast for 2-3 min each side or until you get the desired roast. Carefully open the arepa and add the desired filling.

Heat oil or melt butter in a pan. Separate the arepas and add to the pan. Cook for 4 minutes. Alternatively, cook under a hot grill for 4 minutes. Do not reheat.
