PRODUCT USAGE

Storage Instructions: Keep frozen (-18°C). Once defrosted the product cannot be refrozen and must be consumed in 24 hours, provided that it is kept in the refrigerator.

Direction for use:
Place the filling (chopped and cooked meat, ham and cheese, boiled and seasoned vegetables, etc.) in the centre of the dough, fold this by the middle. Press the edge either with the fingers or with a fork to close the pie crust.
Oven: Paint the top surface with beaten egg. Cook in the oven (not microwave) at medium temperature 180º C for 10-20 minutes until it turns into light brown colour. Deep frying: Fry in hot oil or fat at a temperature of 180 °C and cook the Empanada pastry for 2-3 minutes until it turns into light brown colour.
