Storage Instructions: Keep frozen (-18°C). Do not refreeze.

Direction for use:
Frying instructions: Preheat oil in a frying pan 350 °F/ 180°C. Place a small amount of sweet plantains into the fryer. Fry for 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown or to taste. Drain on paper towel and serve.
Microwave Instructions: Place the desired amount of sweet plantains in a microwave dish. Heat at maximum temperature for 3 to 4 minutes. Microwave temperatures may vary.
Oven Instructions: Preheat oven at 350°F / 180°C. Place the sweet plantains on a baking tray. Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes or to the taste.

Once cooked serve as a snack or meal supplement. Do not consume uncooked.
